Evaluation of fatigue progressive over 5-6 months

Roommates called 911. Dan sent to ER. He was acting bizarre, agitated and had a witnessed fall.

Over the last 3 weeks I have developed progressive numbness and weakness on the right side of my body.

Appointment with new PCP for evaluation of facial pain and increased fatigue

I keep losing my balance and fall or trip almost every day. Numbness is getting worse in hands & feet.

A 68-year-old male presents with his wife for evaluation of a problem with his memory.

Over past 24 hours I developed a fever with chills, a headache, and painful/stiff neck.

Over the last 4-5 days my legs have gotten so weak I can't even walk now. I wasn't able to stand up this morning.

Over the last few weeks, left arm feels intermittently hot/ larger than normal & recent visual issues

Woke up with inability to get out of bed, weakness all limbs and slurred speech
