Presents to the Emergency Department

Shortness of breath

Chronic cough, intermittent fever, cyanosis, failure to thrive

Severe left-sided chest pain

Complains of fatigue and chronic diarrhea

Evaluation of cough

Patient brought to the emergency room via EMS after she was found in a car unresponsive. She is Glasgow Coma Scale 4-1-5 on arrival.
